Experience
Our Financial Transactions Practice Group handles a broad range of financing structures for a large number of financial institutions, including international, money center, and regional commercial banks; conduit lenders; investment banks; hedge and other investment funds; real estate investment trusts; factors; non-bank finance companies; and other institutional lenders. The group is also called upon on a regular basis to assist the Firm's corporate clients with their financing needs.
The attorneys in the group combine technical proficiency, creativity, industry experience and dedication to service to address clients' problems in a practical, responsive and cost-effective manner.
