City & State NY Announces Responsible 100 Alumni - Coscia and Mody Recognized

To commemorate the 10-year anniversary of its Responsible 100 list, City & State NY published a new list focused on the Responsible 100 Alumni. The list honors distinguished New Yorkers who exemplify the values of corporate social responsibility. Both Tony Coscia and Sanjay Mody were recognized among the alums. Both appeared on the 2018 list.

  • Coscia is a leader in the region’s transportation and legal circles. In his work at law firm Windels Marx, Coscia’s practice is focused on corporate, commercial and real estate matters, with a special expertise in the financial components of these transactions. In his active civic life, Coscia is the chair of the board of directors of Amtrak, where he is guiding the nation’s passenger rail system through some of its most groundbreaking work in history. This includes the landmark Gateway rail tunnel project; Coscia serves as a commissioner on the Gateway Development Commission.
  • Mody’s legal focus at the New York City law firm Windels Marx is centered on the intersection of infrastructure, finance and government. Mody co-founded and leads the Infrastructure Development and Finance Group at his firm, where he has worked for over a dozen years. His specific work at the firm includes advising clients on a range of key issues. Mody is also the general counsel and corporate secretary of The Sentry, an international nongovernmental organization that is focused on exposing the links between dirty money and violence by investigating and holding accountable war profiteers and kleptocrats.
