Experience

Shanni Lynch is an Associate, resident in the New York, NY office. Her practice focuses in the areas of financial transactions, public finance and not-for-profit, as well as real estate. She was previously a law clerk at Windels Marx and assisted with many aspects loan documents -- from origination of the matter to its closing.

Prior to Windels Marx, Ms. Lynch held various legal and administrative positions at area law firms.

Representative Matters

Represented the lender in a $62,035,989 construction loan to The Hudson Companies and Housing Works for The Lirio, a multi-purpose project in Hells Kitchen, NY, consisting of 112 affordable and supportive housing units, 7,200 sf of retail space, and 44,000 sf of commercial office space with 30,000 sf for use by the New York MTA.
