Our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group is a sophisticated practice composed of highly trained and experienced practitioners in the areas of bankruptcy, litigation, corporate and real estate finance, and commercial transactions. We counsel a diverse range of clients in connection with insolvency-related matters, including high-net-worth individuals, major banks, financial institutions, fiduciaries and trustees, and mid-size to large corporations. Our attorneys regularly appear before state courts and bankruptcy courts, as well as in appeals to U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal.
As a mid-sized firm, we are able to offer our bankruptcy clients a distinctive combination of high-level knowledge, an efficient use of resources, and personal attention to clients' needs. The experience of our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group has helped many clients achieve the best possible results through the bankruptcy process. Our bankruptcy practice is notable for successfully handling numerous matters that are on the cutting edge of developing bankruptcy law. Among other things, we are currently prosecuting a significant number of highly complex litigations in the context of Ponzi schemes, including the bankruptcy case of Bernard L. Madoff.
