Lucas Di Lena is an Associate in the New York office. His practice focuses on a range of commercial and other disputes, including (but not limited to): general commercial litigation; employment litigation; white collar civil/criminal defense; arbitration; and commercial foreclosure actions.
Prior to commencing his private practice, Lucas was both a Law Clerk and a Summer Associate in the New York office of Windels Marx.

While attending Syracuse University College of Law, Lucas served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Stewart D. Aaron, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York, and as a Legal Intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in the Economic and Environmental Crimes Division.
Lucas participated in Syracuse University College of Law’s Innovation Law Center as a Junior Research Associate, counseling startup corporations in New York State on various intellectual property, market, and regulatory issues. He earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Technology Law & Entrepreneurship for his participation with the Innovation Law Center. Lucas is also published in the 51st volume of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce.
Prior to attending law school, Lucas held an Application Sales Executive position with a large computer technology company, where he advised New York State corporations in the modernization of business processes.
