Madoff Team Triumphs Again Before U.S. Supreme Court in $3B Overseas Clawback Case

In the case HSBC Holdings et al. v. Irving H. Picard, in which the Madoff trustee recently garnered DOJ support for its efforts to clawback $3B from overseas banks, Law360 reports that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal of a Second Circuit ruling. The denial of certiorari was yet another triumph for the Madoff trustee, who is being represented by Partners Howard Simon and Kim Longo. Read the article (subscription may apply).
