Windels Marx represented Webster Bank, National Association in a $62,035,989 construction loan to The Hudson Companies and Housing Works for The Lirio, a multi-purpose project in Hells Kitchen, NY, consisting of 112 affordable and supportive housing units, 7,200 sf of retail space, and 44,000 sf of commercial office space with 30,000 sf for use by the New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority. The deal team was led by Michele Arbeeny together with David Glanz, Maria Zachariadis, Shanni Lynch and Keshav Poddar.
