Jonathan Gray and Team Complete Sale of Natreon, Inc. to Kerry Group
Windels Marx is pleased to announce another successful M&A transaction, with the sale of our client Natreon, Inc. to Kerry Group plc for approximately $50 million.
Partner, Jonathan Gray, led the deal with a team that included Jonathan Kret, Elizabeth O’Brien and Ashley Tibett with respect to corporate matters, and Jason Diener with respect to tax issues.
Natreon, Inc. is a global supplier of branded and scientifically studied and tested Ayurvedic botanical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food and beverage industries across the globe, with its global headquarters in New Jersey and a state-of-the-art R&D facility in Kolkata, India. Kerry Group plc, a publicly traded company headquartered in Ireland, is a leading global player in the taste and nutrition industry.
