Ben Kusmin Promoted to Special Counsel
Windels Marx is pleased to announce that Ben Kusmin has been named Special Counsel, effective immediately.
Ben's practice focuses on complex business litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, in cases involving complex frauds, licensing disputes (including the firm's work on behalf of MPEG LA), and breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Ben received his JD from Boston University School of Law (2006), as well as both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in German Language & Literature from Johns Hopkins University.
Ben has deep experience in eDiscovery and the use of Excel in the practice of law, and frequently presents on the topic at CLE courses and bar association meetings.
