Experience
Zachary Feit is an Associate in the Windels Marx Tax Department. He focuses his practice on partnership and corporate taxation, as well as cross-border matters. He has advised clients on tax issues related to entity formation, restructurings and reorganizations, complex real estate transactions and tax controversy matters. Zachary has also worked on matters involving Qualified Opportunity Zones, New Market Tax Credits, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
While in law school, Zachary was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, President of the Tax Law Society, and a tutor for Federal Income Taxation.
