Tom Michaelides is an Associate, resident in the New York office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and he possesses an extensive background in acquisitions, development and financing across asset classes. He also has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring joint ventures in both routine and complex real estate matters.
Prior to Windels Marx, Tom practiced in the New York offices of real estate departments at several prominent law firms.
Tom is a native of Greece and fluent in the language.
