Experience

David Yohay has more than a decade of civil litigation experience in the New York state and federal courts. His practice focuses on real estate and other commercial litigation. He represents lenders and other financial institutions in contested foreclosures of multifamily, retail and other commercial property, note and guaranty recovery, contract disputes and judgment enforcement. He also has experience prosecuting and defending actions involving title, title coverage, lien priority, UCC and lender liability claims. In addition, David’s lender representation includes non-judicial solutions such as loan forbearance, workout and note sales.

Prior to Windels Marx, he was a litigator at prominent national and regional commercial law firms. 

While at the University of Miami School of Law, he was a member of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review
