Tina Gagliano and Amy MacSporran, with support from Jonathan Caban, worked as closing counsel on a complex pair of loans for a posh Atlanta, GA property. Greystone Monticello LLC, a joint venture between Greystone and Monticelloam LLC, provided two loans totaling $68.3 million for the refinancing of The Irby, a luxury apartment building in the Buckhead District.
