Denise Iocco Named Partner

We are pleased to announce that Denise L. Iocco has been promoted to Partner, resident in the New York office.
She's been practicing at Windels Marx for 8 years, and her practice focuses primarily on estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, and trust and estate administration. Denise advises high net-worth individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning. She has extensive experience in developing tax-advantageous transfers, as well as advising fiduciaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts.
Denise has an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (1992), a JD from Brooklyn Law School (1990), and a BA from Binghamton University (1987).
