NJBIZ Recognizes Windels Marx Among the 2024 Leaders in RE, Construction, Design

On June 5, 2024, NJBIZ hosted its fourth annual ceremony that recognized the Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design. The awards are bestowed on organizations and individuals who "have contributed in substantial ways to the growth of New Jersey's commercial real estate market." Windels Marx is pleased to be recognized in the Law Firm category. Accepting the award on behalf of the firm was Michael Brenna (below right), Partner.
In addition to the firm's recognition, we were also named alongside fellow collaborators on several Top Projects, includuing:
- 400 Linden Logistics Way, which is owned by Greek Real Estate Partners, Advance Realty Investors and PGIM (the firm was among a team of attorneys who provided counsel on the project); and
- Blanquita B. Valenti Community School, which was constructed by DEVCO on behalf of the New Brunswick Board of Education (the firm was counsel on the project). The Valenti School Project is a component of the significant Rutgers Cancer Institute expansion in New Brunswick, NJ, which is a DEVCO-led project for whom Windels Marx is counsel.
