Jodi L. Sokol Joins as Special Counsel

Please join us in welcoming Jodi L. Sokol as Special Counsel, resident in the New York office.

Jodi's practice focuses on commercial real estate and banking law with a concentration in commercial real estate finance. Her clients include lending institutions, corporations and individuals in their capacity as lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants.

She has represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex real estate finance transactions, including fee and leasehold acquisition and construction loans, loan syndications and participations with respect to office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouse buildings and retail shopping centers.

Jodi also has substantive experience in the acquisition, sale, ground and space leasing of all types of commercial real estate, including retail shopping centers, office buildings, residential and commercial land developments and single-tenant buildings.

She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice in New York.
