Leasing Team Negotiate Iconic Brand's New Jersey HQ Lease

Karl Piirimae (Partner, NYO and NJ) and Tom Rohan (Special Counsel, NY and NJ) represented an iconic global fashion designer, marketer and distributer of luxury fashion and lifestyle products in the negotiation of a full building lease containing more than 255,000 square feet for the relocation of the organization’s headquarters to Nutley, NJ. The client was awarded significant Grow New Jersey tax credits to continue its current operations in New Jersey thereby retaining over 500 jobs and to expand its future operations at the site to create an additional 250 new positions.
