Jim Thomas, Wayne Cook, Robert Rossi and Team Represent Joint Venture in $230 Million Construction Loan for High-End Condominium

Jim Thomas, Wayne Cook and Robert Rossi (Partners, New York) together with Rick Zoffinger, Dalila Best and Julianne Befeler represented a real estate investment advisory firm in closing on the restructuring of a joint venture with The Witkoff Group and represented their joint venture in the negotiation of a $230,000,000 construction loan in connection with the construction of 91 high-end condominium units plus retail and amenity space located at 150 Charles Street. The deal was reported in the December 6th edition of The Wall Street Journal in an article entitled "Condo Loan Breaks Drought" (subscription required).
