Bob Schwartz, Greg Krauss and John Bitar Represent Colonial Financial Services in $55 Million Acquisition by Cape Bancorp

Bob Schwartz (Partner, New Brunswick), John Bitar (Partner, New Brunswick) and Greg Krauss (Associate, New Brunswick) served as legal counsel to South Jersey-based Colonial Financial Services, Inc. in connection with its acquisition by Cape Bancorp, Inc. for approximately $55 million.
The combined bank will have an estimated $1.6 billion in assets and 22 locations throughout New Jersey.
