Bob Schwartz, Andrew Craig and Team Represent ConnectOne in $243 Million Merger of New Jersey Banks

A Windels Marx team consisting of Bob Schwartz (Partner, New Brunswick), Andrew Craig (Partner, Madison), Alan Landzberg (Counsel, New York), John Bitar (Associate, New Brunswick), Greg Krauss (Associate, New Brunswick) and Kaylie Lotzov (Associate, New York) served as legal counsel to ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. in its merger with Center Bancorp, Inc.
The $243 million transaction will create the fourth largest bank headquartered in New Jersey, named ConnectOne Bancorp, with combined assets of approximately $3 billion and 24 locations in northern New Jersey.
