City & State NY Announces Trailblazers in Construction - Josh Oberman Recognized

Today, City & State NY announced its list of Trailblazers in Construction. These professionals are part of a broad community of New York leaders "who make the plans, wield the jackhammers, drive the change and keep the construction industry buzzing across the region." Congratulations to Partner, Josh Oberman, on being named to this prestigious list.
- Via City & State NY: Joshua Oberman, the partner-in-charge of the construction practice at Windels Marx, moved his practice to the firm last year, alongside longtime colleagues Andrea Lawrence and Ben Blum. An expert in construction law, with over 25 years experience, Oberman represents large trade contractors, developers and high net worth individuals in commercial construction disputes. He also acts as outside general counsel to some of the largest trade contractors in New York City. Oberman and his team are experts in Real Property Law 881, the Access Agreement Law. He serves on the New York City chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association board and is a past president of the New York City Surety Association.
