City & State Announces 2023 Transportation Power 100

City & State announced the 2023 Transportation Power 100 list. The list is defined as "the officials and experts determining how New Yorkers get around...You can go by car, you can go by plane, you can go by bus, you can go by train." We are pleased that two Windels Marx Partners made the list.
Tony Coscia made the list for his leadership on passenger rail and related matters:
