Ben Hirschler Promoted to Special Counsel

Windels Marx is pleased to announce the elevation of Benjamin N. Hirschler to Special Counsel, resident in the New York office. Ben represents various financial institutions and real estate operators in connection with acquisitions, sales, financing and refinancing of commercial properties. He also represents financial institutions, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, and other institutional lenders in syndicated loans and other financing structures. Ben received his JD from New York Law School and his MA from the University of Edinburgh. He is admitted to practice in New York.
