Wayne Cook Quoted in Commercial Observer

Wayne Cook (Partner, New York) was quoted in an article published by the Commercial Observer entitled, "With His Hospitality Niche, Morris Moinian Is Making a Big Play in Chelsea, Flatiron." The article highlighted Principal and Founder of Fortuna Realty Group, Morris Moinian. Wayne notes that Morris, a long time client, is a "gunslinger" and "has a very, very keen focus on under valued assets." In early 2016, Wayne negotiated a $60 million acquisition and financing for Moinian's Hotel Henri, which had previously operated as a Wyndham Garden. "He can see the finish line," Wayne says, "especially in the hotel market right now."
