Pat Russo to Become President of Bay Ridge Lawyers Association

Pat Russo (New York, Special Counsel) will be sworn in as President of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association on September 26, 2012. See news coverage via the Brooklyn Daily Eagle (October 4, 2012).
Pat's practice at Windels Marx focuses on transportation law, counseling clients on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, strategic planning, procurement, litigation, administrative law and public policy. He has served a range of New York City and State public interests in varied capacities, including as Inspector General of the NYC Department of Investigation, Chief Administrative Law Judge of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, and General Counsel to the New York State Office of the Welfare Inspector General.
