Antonio is a member of the team that currently represents the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and the Chapter 7 Trustee of Bernard L. Madoff in connection with the recovery of assets for creditors of Madoff's Ponzi scheme.
Prior to Windels Marx, he practiced at a boutique litigation and bankruptcy law firm, where he represented clients in a range of complex civil disputes, including: securities litigation, anti-trust litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation and related appellate matters.
