Charles Liebling (Partner, New Brunswick) served as a consulting attorney to the authors of The Redevelopment Handbook: A Guide to Rebuilding New Jersey's Communities (NJDCA/NJAPA).
Now in its second edition as of December 2011, the handbook surveys and explains the redevelopment process in New Jersey and now includes timely updates and practical guidelines in redevelopment law.
Mr. Liebling concentrates his practice on redevelopment and redevelopment financing, land use law, and general real estate transactions.
